These terms govern use of the Headway WhatsApp Automation Portal provided by Headway Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd. By creating an account you agree to them. Have a lawyer review these terms before launch.

Your WhatsApp account

Your WhatsApp Business Account stays in your own Meta business portfolio. You must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy. Only message people who have given you permission, and honour opt-outs. Meta may restrict accounts that break its rules; Headway is not responsible for Meta’s decisions.

Acceptable use

• No spam, misleading offers, or messages to people who have not opted in.
• No regulated or prohibited goods under Meta’s Commerce Policy.
• No collecting card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers over chat.

AI replies

AI answers are generated only from the business information you enter, but can still be wrong. Keep your profile accurate and review conversations regularly.

Plans and payment

Subscriptions renew monthly through Razorpay until cancelled. Plan limits are shown on the pricing page. Meta’s conversation charges are billed by Meta and are not part of your Headway plan. Prices exclude GST.

Suspension

We may pause automations on an account that breaks these terms or Meta’s policies, or has unpaid invoices, after notice where reasonable.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction.
